CST is finally making it's way into the mainstream for manual therapies. There are many different aspects of this training and many different conditions it addresses. Make no mistake this is an advance manual therapy technique designed my an osteopathic physician and researcher named Dr. John Upledger, but it is simple in how it restores the body to balance. The techniques we most commonly use are myofacial release; holds on the head, sacrum and joints, therapeutic dialog and imagery and mouth work for TMJ dysfunction. CST is relaxing, rejuvenating and very often life changing.

Past and recent studies have shown it to help Fybromyalgia, Migraines, Chronic pain, Scoliosis, Trauma, STSD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Central Nervous System Disorders and more.

I realized that its quite a list, however, I believe this is the most effective and non-invasive technique for any condition. Our bodies now-a-days are under more stress which taxes the CNS to the point where we don't know if we were relaxed or not. Relaxing the core of our being is the formula for healing. It may not happen over night but sometimes it can. When I first learned this technique I felt I was opening a door of many possibilities I never thought existed. If we can free up restrictions in the body then we can free the world one person at a time.
