Dear new browsers of Riverfront Therapy and Kathy Jansen's repeat customers,
I have had an overwhelming response for massage therapy over the past 10 years... I have given thousands of successful massages to people from all over the country. There has been many massage therapists local and visiting contracted to assist this company over the years however, I am currently the only full time therapist available. I occasionally recruit help from Tallahassee but in general its just ME! So be patient and plan ahead. I will be entering school soon part time first then full time in 2011. I would like to remain a private practice, which essentially is what it's been all along. My early visions of many therapists working together with pedicures, body treatments and fascials did not manifest...I have another vision now and that is to become a Doctor of Osteopathy. Do not panic I will attend the first two years at T.C.C. in Tallahassee starting Fall 2010 so I will remain close by for appointments on days that I am not in class and I will commute back to the coast.
Also, Most of you know the houseboat massage offices have been recognized in many magazines for uniqueness. People love the idea...BUT despite the love and adventure; things CHANGE!!! The two-story houseboat is now on land (143 4th Street)...Yipee!!! No more riding the storms out on a boat and having to close shop a week ahead. I will soon be utilizing the "houseland" as a home and an office. No worries though The "spa houseboat" is still open for business on Water street. Hope I did not confuse you... I will be announcing the opening of the "land" office very soon!!! Stay tuned...and Thank you for your ongoing support.
