Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout. It emphasizes lateral breathing, spinal and pelvic alignment techniques which require complete concentration of smooth controlled flowing movement. This workout will bring you in touch with your body's core muscles; abdominals, hip flexors, back, gluteals and inner thigh. Regular practice will improve balance, coordination and strength. Staci recommends signing up for at least four weekly sessions to help you get started.
